Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of the Hevoran website and the purchase of any piece from the House. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Website usage
The site is provided for the personal, non-commercial use of visitors and clients. You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce site content without written permission. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the site.
Orders and acceptance
An order is a request to purchase; it is accepted by the House upon written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order or to cancel an order before delivery if, in our judgment, the order cannot be fulfilled to House standard. Charges in such cases are refunded in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in United States Dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, freight, and on-site installation unless explicitly stated. Pricing on the site supersedes any prior quotation unless a written quotation has been issued and remains within its stated validity.
Payment terms are stated on each quotation. A non-refundable deposit is required to enter production on bespoke commissions.
Intellectual property
All site content, including photography, copy, drawings, and marks, is the property of Hevoran or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The House grants no license by virtue of your use of the site. The HEVORAN wordmark and the House monogram are registered marks.
Warranties and limitations of liability
Each piece carries the House's standard manufacturer warranty, detailed on the product page and in the order confirmation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the House's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for the piece in question. The House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is to be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
These terms were last revised on June 5, 2026.
