Many pieces in the Hevoran catalogue are considerable in scale and weight. Routes through the residence are reviewed before dispatch, including doorways, stairwells, and lift dimensions, so that the piece arrives without compromise.
Where appropriate, the carrier is selected for experience with fine furniture and high-value residential cargo. Specific handling arrangements vary by supplier and are confirmed at the time of order.
Communication throughout
Following confirmation, the coordinator provides regular updates on production progress, dispatch, and the anticipated arrival window. The household is contacted directly to confirm the appointment and to outline what to expect on the day.
Product-specific timelines
Because each piece is sourced from a specialist atelier, production and delivery timelines vary by category and finish. Gaming tables and wine storage are typically scheduled across longer windows than bar cabinetry or humidors. The precise timeline for any piece is confirmed in writing at the time of order.
