A small, attentive team responds to every enquiry. Whether a question concerns an order in progress or a piece under consideration, correspondence is read and answered by name.
Order questions
For confirmation details, amendments, invoices, or status updates on an active order, please reference the order number in your message. Replies are typically returned within one business day.
Product inquiries
Questions about materials, finishes, dimensions, or availability across the collection are welcome. Where a particular piece calls for further detail, Client Services will consult with the maker directly and respond with verified information.
Delivery assistance
For scheduling, access requirements, or updates on a pending arrival, the coordinator assigned to your order may be reached through Client Services. See also Delivery Information.

All other enquiries are received at support@hevoran.com. Written correspondence is preferred, allowing each request to be considered carefully and answered in full.
