Shipping Policy.
Every Hevoran piece is freighted, delivered, and installed under the House's direct supervision. The notes below describe what to expect from order through placement.
Order processing
Standard catalog pieces enter production within five business days of order confirmation and deposit. Bespoke commissions enter production upon final drawing approval. Typical production windows are eight to twelve weeks; full-room work runs longer and is scheduled in writing.
Freight and delivery
All pieces are shipped via dedicated white-glove freight carriers familiar with high-value, oversized residential cargo. Delivery is coordinated with the residence directly; we do not leave pieces at curb or in garage.
Freight is included to the continental United States. International and remote delivery is quoted by project and is itemized on the order.
Delivery windows and scheduling
Delivery is scheduled within a two-hour window, confirmed forty- eight hours in advance. The House contact who placed your order coordinates the appointment directly; you will not interact with a dispatch desk.
Installation is performed by House-trained crews on the same appointment. Allow three to six hours for a single piece; full-room installations are scheduled across multiple days.
Inspection upon arrival
Every piece is inspected in our facility before shipment, and again on site before the crew departs. We ask the resident or a designated representative to be present at installation and to sign the placement record acknowledging the piece is delivered in good condition and placed to satisfaction.
Damaged shipment procedures
In the unlikely event of freight damage, the House replaces the affected component at no cost to the resident, including expedited re-shipment and re-installation. Report any damage observed within seventy-two hours of placement to service@hevoran.com with photographs and the order reference. The House handles all carrier claims directly.
