Product Care.

Hevoran pieces are made from natural materials chosen for their character and longevity. A measured approach to care preserves their composure across decades of daily use.

I

Preserving materials

Solid wood, stone, leather, and metal each respond to their environment. Stable interior conditions, moderate humidity, and distance from direct sunlight and heat sources allow these materials to settle and age with grace.

II

Cleaning surfaces

A soft, dry cloth is sufficient for routine attention. When a surface requires more, a barely damp cloth followed by a dry one is appropriate for most finishes. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents, and household sprays, which may dull the patina or harm the finish over time.

III

Protecting finishes

Use coasters and felts beneath glassware, decanters, and metal accessories. Lift objects rather than dragging them across the surface. Address spills promptly with a soft cloth to prevent marking on wood, stone, or leather.

IV

Long-term composure

Periodic conditioning, performed sparingly, helps maintain the tone of leather and the warmth of solid timber. Because the collection draws on a range of specialist makers, care recommendations may vary by piece. Care notes provided by the maker, when included with the order, take precedence over general guidance.
