Orders & deliveries
Every HEVORAN piece is made to order. Within your account you may follow each commission through its stages. Drawings approved, materials selected, cabinet in build, finishing, crating, and white-glove installation. Estimated milestones are revised by the atelier as the work progresses.
Delivery and installation are scheduled in coordination with your residence manager or designer. A member of the project team accompanies the install and remains on site until the piece is commissioned to your satisfaction.
Saved pieces & references
The account library holds pieces you have set aside for further consideration, room studies prepared by the studio, finish references, and correspondence threads with your consultant. Nothing is shared outside HEVORAN.
Care, service & warranty
Care schedules, service records, and warranty documentation for each piece in your residence are held within your account. The atelier retains the original drawings and material specifications in perpetuity, so future restoration or matching commissions remain straightforward.
