Warranty & Returns

Labor & Parts: 1 Year

Compressor: Years 2–5, Parts Only

For one year from the original purchase date, Allavino may repair or replace components found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Parts and labor required to correct covered defects are provided during this period, provided the unit has been installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions.

From the second through fifth year, Allavino provides a replacement compressor in the event of a covered compressor failure. Service labor and freight charges during this extended compressor coverage period are the customer's responsibility.

Warranty coverage does not include damage or failures resulting from misuse, improper installation, inadequate electrical power, accidents, unauthorized repairs, external causes, or use outside the product's intended purpose. Certain components, service calls, shipping and handling charges, incidental or consequential damages, and losses resulting from spoilage are also excluded.

Warranty coverage applies within the Continental United States. Rental and commercial applications are subject to shorter warranty periods.
