Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer Warranty: The AccuGOLF Hawkeye Simulator includes a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects in the sensor system and included software. Lighting, cables, and plugs are also covered for manufacturing defects, although replacement shipping costs may apply. The warranty excludes accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear and tear.

Returns & Refunds: AccuGOLF's published return policy specifies a return window of 30 days after software activation or 60 days after receipt, subject to eligibility requirements. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Return authorization is required, and refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
