Delivery Methods
Depending on the product, your order may be delivered via standard freight, curbside delivery, threshold delivery, or a specialized delivery and installation service. The applicable delivery method is provided on the individual product page whenever available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated processing, production, and transit times vary by manufacturer and product. Products that are made to order or customized may require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated delivery information is provided on individual product pages. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer schedules, freight carrier availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of HEVORAN's control.
Oversized & Freight Deliveries
Many HEVORAN products are large or heavy and require freight delivery. Depending on the product and service level, clients may be responsible for moving the item from the delivery point into the residence.

Special Access
Properties with stairs, elevators, restricted access, narrow entrances, remote locations, gated communities, or other unusual delivery conditions may require additional coordination or fees.
Products requiring cranes, specialized equipment, structural modifications, permits, or other exceptional accommodations may require a separate delivery quote.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery whenever possible. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, document the condition with photographs and notify HEVORAN promptly.
Do not discard the original packaging or shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed.
