At HEVORAN, many of our products are specialty, oversized, made-to-order, or shipped directly from our manufacturing and supplier partners. Return eligibility therefore varies by product.
Return Eligibility
Return policies may differ depending on the product and manufacturer. Please review the Warranty & Returns information on the individual product page before placing your order.
Some products, including made-to-order, custom, personalized, or specially configured items, may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact HEVORAN as soon as possible. Orders that have entered production, processing, or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.
Any applicable cancellation fees or restrictions will depend on the manufacturer and order status.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery whenever possible. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact HEVORAN promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials while the issue is being reviewed.
HEVORAN will coordinate with the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or freight provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved Returns
If a return is authorized, the product must meet the applicable manufacturer's return requirements. Depending on the product, return shipping costs, freight charges, restocking fees, or other costs may apply.
Products should not be returned without prior authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected, subject to the applicable return terms. Original shipping, freight, installation, or other service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
