Welcome to HEVORAN. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hevoran.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products or services from HEVORAN LLC (“HEVORAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility
By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use the Website on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Products & Availability
HEVORAN offers a curated selection of luxury leisure, wellness, entertainment, and lifestyle products from independent manufacturers and suppliers.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, specifications, configurations, finishes, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
Certain products are made-to-order, custom-configured, special-order, or manufactured after an order is placed.
Product images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, materials, finishes, grain patterns, and other characteristics may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, natural materials, customization, lighting, and display settings.
3. Product Information & Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information displayed on HEVORAN are accurate.
However, manufacturers may modify specifications or product details without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, specifications, installation requirements, electrical requirements, site conditions, access requirements, and compatibility with their intended space before ordering.
For made-to-order or custom products, final specifications may be confirmed through a separate technical approval or order-confirmation process.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on HEVORAN are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by HEVORAN unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.
Payment is due according to the payment terms presented at checkout or on an authorized HEVORAN invoice.
Applicable sales taxes and other required charges will be calculated where required.
HEVORAN uses third-party payment processors, including Shopify-supported payment services, to securely process transactions.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.
5. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
HEVORAN reserves the right to review, accept, decline, or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment authorization issues
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Manufacturer or supplier availability
- Delivery or installation limitations
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Inability to fulfill a requested configuration
If HEVORAN cancels an order that has already been paid and no cancellation charges legitimately apply, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many HEVORAN products may be manufactured, configured, finished, or ordered specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable selections, including dimensions, colors, finishes, materials, configurations, accessories, delivery information, and installation requirements.
Once a made-to-order or custom product enters production or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Made-to-order, custom, personalized, and special-order products are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery methods and estimated timelines vary by product, manufacturer, destination, and service level.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, freight carriers, weather, customs, supply-chain conditions, site-access issues, or circumstances outside HEVORAN's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, storage, redelivery, restricted access, or other customer-related delivery issues may be the customer's responsibility.

8. White-Glove Delivery & Installation
Certain HEVORAN products include or offer white-glove delivery, professional installation, assembly, leveling, or final setup.
Unless otherwise stated, these services assume standard-access conditions.
Special circumstances—including cranes, restricted access, unusual stair carries, structural modifications, special permits, remote locations, or other extraordinary site conditions—may require additional charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the delivery and installation location before fulfillment.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products and packaging promptly upon delivery.
For freight shipments, visible damage should be documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading whenever possible.
Customers should retain all packaging and take photographs of any damage.
Shipping damage should be reported to HEVORAN promptly and within any applicable reporting period stated in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy or product-specific terms.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final unless otherwise expressly provided in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.
HEVORAN generally does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, aesthetic preference, or other personal preference.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed lost products will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable manufacturer warranties, and applicable law.
Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
Products sold by HEVORAN may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, remedies, and service procedures vary by manufacturer and product.
HEVORAN may assist customers in coordinating eligible warranty claims with manufacturers but does not independently expand or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, improper installation by third parties, and consumable components may be excluded depending on the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
12. Intellectual Property
All HEVORAN branding, logos, graphics, website design, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to HEVORAN LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images, and other manufacturer-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected Website content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Website
- Introduce malicious software or code
- Scrape or systematically extract Website content without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or payment information
- Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of HEVORAN or third parties
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Website when reasonably necessary to protect HEVORAN, our customers, or our systems.
14. Third-Party Products & Services
HEVORAN works with independent manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, installers, payment processors, and other service providers.
Certain aspects of an order may therefore be performed by third parties.
References or links to third-party services do not constitute a guarantee of those third parties beyond any obligations expressly undertaken by HEVORAN.
15. Website Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available Website services. However, the Website may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, outdated information, or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in this section limits any product warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HEVORAN LLC and its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or purchase of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEVORAN's aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to HEVORAN for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEVORAN LLC and its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
18. Fraud & Payment Disputes
HEVORAN reserves the right to verify orders and payment information and to cancel or hold orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
If you believe there is a problem with an order or charge, please contact HEVORAN Client Care so we can investigate the matter.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under applicable law or through your payment provider.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions with HEVORAN LLC will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
21. No Waiver
HEVORAN's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
22. Changes to These Terms
HEVORAN may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, Website, products, services, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
