Manufacturer Warranty
Many of our products include a manufacturer warranty. Some carry extended coverage, including select billiard tables with a 20-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer, and your product page lists what applies to your purchase.
Making a Claim
If you believe an issue is covered, contact HEVORAN with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs, videos, serial numbers, or other documentation. We coordinate eligible claims with the manufacturer and respond within one business day.
Exclusions
Coverage follows the manufacturer's terms and may exclude normal wear and tear, consumable components (such as cloth, cushion rubber, and pockets on billiard tables), improper use, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper installation, accidental or cosmetic damage, and failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Specific exclusions vary by product.
