The BBO Ultimate Poker Table ships securely on a pallet via insured ground freight. The freight carrier will contact the customer prior to delivery to schedule a delivery date and provide an estimated delivery window.

Standard freight delivery is curbside only. The table will not be carried inside the residence or business as part of standard delivery. Additional delivery services arranged with the freight carrier may result in additional charges.

Due to the size and weight of the table, at least two people are recommended to receive, move, and assemble the table.

The shipment should be carefully inspected before signing the delivery receipt. Customers should verify that all packages are present and inspect the shipment for punctures, crushing, openings, or other visible signs of damage. Any visible damage or missing packages should be documented on the delivery receipt before it is signed.

If concealed damage is discovered while unpacking the table, photographs should be taken and the damage should be reported within three business days of delivery.

The BBO Ultimate Poker Table is backed by BBO Poker Tables' limited lifetime structural warranty.

The warranty covers the table's structural components, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, against covered structural failure or significant deformation when used as intended.

Components subject to normal wear, including the table finish, playing surface, armrest material, and foam components, are not covered by the lifetime structural warranty.

Warranty coverage may be affected by improper assembly or adjustments, modifications, refinishing, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or inadequate care.

For approved warranty claims, BBO Poker Tables may provide replacement components in accordance with its applicable warranty terms. Replacement components are shipped to the customer, and installation is the customer's responsibility. In-home technician or installation services are not included.
