Curbside delivery is included within the contiguous United States. Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery, and the final curbside delivery location is determined by the freight driver.

Customers are responsible for moving the spa from the curbside delivery point to its final installation location.

Any visible shipping damage should be reported to HEVORAN immediately upon delivery so that a claim can be initiated within the manufacturer's required timeframe. Liberty Spas requires dealers to report freight damage within 48 hours of receipt.
