This product ships directly from RAM Game Room’s U.S. warehouse in Sanborn, New York.

Shipping is calculated separately based on the delivery address and applicable freight requirements. Large items may ship via LTL freight, and available delivery services may vary by destination.

Upon delivery, customers should inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. LTL shipments should be signed “Subject to Inspection,” and visibly damaged shipments may be refused.

Any concealed LTL freight damage should be reported to HEVORAN as soon as possible following delivery so we can assist with the applicable freight claim. RAM requires concealed LTL damage to be reported within two days.

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

RAM Game Room branded merchandise is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Photographic documentation may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Returns

Returns requested due to customer preference may be accepted provided the product is returned in good working condition and in its original packaging.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

All returns must be coordinated with HEVORAN before the product is shipped back. Please contact HEVORAN for return authorization and instructions.

Products that arrive damaged should not be processed as standard returns. Please contact HEVORAN immediately so we can assist with the appropriate freight damage claim.
