Shipping & Delivery

This Allavino wine refrigerator ships by motor freight with standard curbside delivery. Most in-stock Allavino products ship from the manufacturer within approximately 1–3 business days, with typical transit taking approximately 7–10 business days.

Standard freight delivery is curbside only. Lift-gate, inside delivery, expedited delivery, and white-glove services may be available for an additional charge depending on the destination and service availability.

This is a large and heavy system weighing approximately 753 lb. Customers should plan accordingly for receiving and moving the units from the delivery point to their final location.

Please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. Any visible freight damage should be documented at the time of delivery.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to manufacturer approval. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all included components and materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return. Any product received with visible shipping damage should be documented and reported promptly so a freight claim can be initiated.
